What's in Frame

The Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke) is a historic covered wooden footbridge spanning the Reuss River in Lucerne, Switzerland. Built in the 14th century, it's Europe's oldest wooden covered bridge. The bridge is adorned with triangular paintings depicting historical scenes and local legends. While a fire in 1993 destroyed many of the paintings, the bridge has since been restored and remains a popular tourist attraction.

Journey Behind the Print (A Note from Amanda)

This trip is one of my all time favorites, when people ask me where is my favorite place I’ve been, Switzerland has always been on that list. This was another tour but around all of Switzerland. This is one of my all time favorite photos, this beautiful bright red scooter parked against what I believe is a church wall near the Chapel Bridge.
